In Search of a Knitting Porch

I am currently house hunting. The trailer I currently live in (made in 1964) is falling apart around me, and really isn't safe anymore. I am in a good financial position now and have the money needed for a down payment etc., so now the task is to find a house I can afford and that both me and my husband will want to live in. My main criteria is the porch. It has to have a "knitting porch".

I'm sure this needs no detailed explanation for you knitters out there. You understand the need to be outside while knitting now and then. A full length covered front porch is ideal for knitting, especially if it faces a park, open field or pretty street. I've always wanted such a porch, though I didn't always know it would be for knitting! Wish me luck!
